Yeah, I was actually thinking about making a thread about this today. He has to be the most prolific producer going right now. He seems to be on almost every album I listen to lately.

i still never listened to the Jeremih album but this is banging

Played the first half of Late Nights with Jeremih this morning.

I can't speak for people who don't live in Chicago, 'cause that element takes my appreciation to a whole new level. But because of that, I can't not call it the best R&B in the world right now.

So if I'm being totally honest, it's just fuckin' crazy and makes all the other shit seem weak and decidedly not essential.

Shit is rich with world class deep cuts. That's a fact.

Jeremih himself only produced the song "Late Nights" but it's easily one of the best on the mixtape (which is consistent as hell.) Especially when you play it on repeat. Once you get to the end the shit almost kind of starts up again in rhythm so you can properly blast into infinity.

So is that weird "I really LOOOOOVE you Jeremih" part in that first song an homage to that dude who hangs out at the Jackson station or is the male-singer-acting-the-part-of-female-groupie-slash-girlfriend an R&B staple I've been missing out on by skipping interludes?
