Bruegs, the Men in Blazer's podcast where they interviewed the marketing director for Pukka Pies? it was great stuff. got me thinking about pie culture a bit.

id love to see Dante have a proper mare. he's looked disappointingly composed this season but he put in some displays for 'Gladbach that make David Luiz look positionally astute

every time i've seen Dante for Bayern this season he looks the definition of composed. i would believe he has a shocker in him though.

this snow is creating a really weird situation right now.

the pitch is rock but has a wet surface.

most players need to change for longer studs.

How much better is Ribery than Robben these days? The gap between the two of them seems bigger than ever.

Robben is actually getting greedier as he gets older which is quite a feat when you consider he was a greedy bastard back when he had hair

from an arsenal perspective i'd like it a little bit more boring.

bayern are in the ascendancy now. arsenal need to weather this passage then go balls out for the last 10.

i'm amazed how much respect bayern have shown arsenal in this match. i understand that the early goal knocked them a bit but this is a team that are BENT OVER FOR THE TAKING.

this game should not be alive in the 80th minute.

This current crop of Arsenal players is the most lackadaisical bunch. Not a drop of urgency in any of the players. It's not just this game either, it's almost every single league game too.

I was actually thinking it was a lack of respect, with Bayern just absolutely confident Arsenal couldn't score. And of course they score while I'm typing this post.

in the circumstances this is an excellent aresnal display. could not envisage a scenario in which aresnal dont concede at the allianz.

If Bayern had even given half a shit at any point in this match they would have had a goal or two. Still, kinda surprising they didn't score one anyway.

Still think Arsenal has a good if not better chance than Spurs to get top 4.

oh, they gave a shit. they just thought a low tempo match would get them over the line. and they were proved right. just.

think arsenal have got just as much chance of catching chelsea as they have spurs (i.e. not very much)

it'll be pretty interesting to see what minnow will knock Arsenal out of the Europe League next year.

Rubin Kazan? Standard Liege? Legia Warsaw?
