Damn that's awesome. When is your anniversary? Our 5th is coming up too (yeah! We somehow didn't get divorced!) and I'm heading down to surprise her on the weekend closest to the 25th of September which I think is a Monday.

Just came back from SF, quick Instagram chats with Jasper had. It was really good, I'm moving there in November.

Spent the past couple days in Boulder. I really like it here.

Great food, some good hikes, legal weed & all the girls are hard bodies.

If it wasn't so expensive I'd consider moving here.

Im two weeks into a three week Indian work/pleasure jaunt. Mostly pleasure so far. The food and women are incredible but there is a lot of fucked-up shit.

In Newport for the year, getting another degree on the government dime. Shit's been rocky between the mrs and I, and entering long distance into it just complicates things... but what else can I do but keep on chooglin?

Tamil Nadu mostly but also been to Kerala, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Looks like I'm gonna do Budapest and Sofia at some point this year. Don't have much to add to this since all I could tell you about either is how gorgeous the streets and buildings look on GIS, but yeah, stoked.

Budapest at night is the most beautiful city I've ever seen. It is a strange city that has kind of overwhelmed me both times I've visited.

My second Uber driver is an elderly black man dressed like a ship captain. He’s playing jazz and randomly doing a “skiddly boo skiddly bop” thing while driving.

i'm going to tuscon for a few days in february with my best friend from chicago. gonna hike around and go to two ((deep listening)) steve roach shows. i think it's around the same time as the famous rock and gem show, so i'll probably get some crystals.

what else should i do in tuscon? i've only been there once on tour.

i've been for a few days like 4 years ago (again, on tour) and i checked out the sutro baths, ate a fried chicken sandwich at a beer bar, played at the independent and went back the next night for the show, stopped in big sur for a day on the way down to LA. all my other trips out there had me in oakland rather than sf proper.

wife and i will be in big sur for a night and then like 4 more days in sf. gonna hit the church of john coltrane, maybe that weird labyrinth at the pier.
