Does anyone here actually use the "deep web"? This Aphex Twin publicity stunt has me curious to know if there is anything worthwhile there like message boards to join.

Kinda sounds like it is mostly a hard core version of Craig's List Casual Encounters.

Are the houndhood and the admin-only private forum considered part of the "deep web"? If so then yes.

Based on what I've read about Deep Web today on Wikipedia I think those would still be considered the Surface Web.

The Big Bang Theory With Extra Laughter Added In video is a worthy addition to the TV show with added laugh track genre.

I wonder if there are any good new Hitler Reacts videos

I don't find the internet all that exciting anymore. When I get to work and have to click on FireFox I am all "Fuck I guess it's another day on the internet great".

This seems like another pretty good "Onionesque" choice for at work browsing:

Yeah, working at a company that measures how much internet we all use, I'm pretty fucking sick of this thing by the time I get home.

I'm finding more joy in crushing life and watching sports than in boarding hard these days.

The only times in life I've ever been accused of hard boarding, it was in conjunction with those other activities. The entertainment value of my boarding plummets when I'm not drinking glacier margaritas, watching hockey in Canada, or eating with gusto.

I'm tempted to 'no pizza' that post for the implication that there are times when Ned Braden isn't crushing life.

At work, I only use the internet for work related activities, mostly on uline.com, thesaurus.com (for reviews (we were told we weren't going to do this anymore, but suddenly they are back and I had to write 5 in one day last week)) or our own website. At lunch, I usually use my phone to read my rss feed, though I feel like I should reading a book, tbh.

I told my boss that our marketing dept. was 'looking for a good instagram person' but she did not lol irl.

My girlfriend doesn't use any form of social media, doesn't use Facebook, doesn't have a blog. She has a book coming out next year and I'm trying to tell her that she needs to at least get a Twitter account and try to get involved in the whole book blogging scene, talk to readers, etc.

Kind of having second thoughts about all that now.

I can't even get my head around how the media is treating the people who think the goddamn dress is white and gold like they have a legitimate point of view.
