Like, I've had the new Bjork album for months now and I still haven't heard it because what am I going to do while listening to it? Surf the Internet? Drive to work? Fucking study? This recording is giving me similar problems even though I've really enjoyed the first half of it so far.

My most fruitful listens occurred during an epic Fifa session and very drunk walk home from the pub.

I think it's from Candy Candy. Not sure if they are Will Bankhead's efforts or taken from the original.

Either way, the artwork has a lot more in common with historical romance manga than the music does.

that label (Berceuse Heroique) has some really cool artwork. I like this poster Ken Sortais did for the Cousin Cockroach/Max D ‎– This Ain't Tom N' Jerry/Chewy split:

Listened to an NYC Taper recording of Earth at St. Vitus. Sounded great while zoning out on a flight drinking airline wine.

This happened 2 days ago, Youtube says it's "live" and it just keeps going on and on so maybe they never stopped playing and never will.

I know this is already popular opinion and this post doesn't add much value but this album is great. It took me a little while to come around to it, and a push from my friend to try it again, but good Lord is fantastic. I love Shields and co.'s ear for melody, and how its so familiar but not predictable with the chords and harmonies and notes and time signatures they choose.

I haven't really been listening to much else besides Berlioz - Symphonie Fantastique and a pinch of both Eluvium & Radicalfashion in between. I've gotten a bit jaded about modern music and instead of adding fuel to the fire I'd rather just let it pass while I listen to the same 4 things over and over.

I enjoy this album, it isn't very challenging but its dynamic enough to warrant coming back to.
