Just picked these up today. I needed some casual shoes in either white or brown and these seem to fit the bill pretty well. Subtle enough and I like the little fake leather touches I guess.

Debranding is a good idea. I should probably consider it for my favorite Dressed Up LPEs, but the matching tag is less obnoxious.

Love those so much I'm probably going to buy a backup pair, as well as some other colorways. Slimmer sole of the LPE (low-profile Era) really does it for me. Makes it less of a sneaker.

Speaking of debranding, probably going to order some Unbranded blue and/or black jeans soon. Raw denim bleed is a pain, and selvedge is mostly a marketing angle, but these have the fit & long inseam I'm looking for. Also they're extremely cheap for higher-end denim at $82.

Black car upholstery, don't wear it around the house, dark shoes. Lately I just give raw denim a cold tub soak before wearing, which isn't the horrible crime denim zealots would have you believe. After that there's little or no noticeable bleed.

I just noticed Chrono was addressing me as well.

I've never worn raw denim. I have a pair of Levi 511s and these unbranded jeans I bought for £2 in a charity shop that were originally intended for women but they fit me perfectly.

Got a pair of Naked & Famous raw denim last week. Tried them on and remembered I hadn't broken in raw denim in 2 years. Seems daunting as hell and I haven't taken the tags off yet!

I've worn only raw denim jeans now for the past 4 years or so and, with the exception of a pair of white canvass shoes that were worn in the rain, I've never really had much issue with indigo bleed casualties. I typically do wash my jeans more than the denim-alpha-males who have given these pants such a stupid public reputation.

Nothing wrong with plain ol' Levis. I care more about fit than anything. Been wearing mostly a couple pairs of 511s this summer, especially since the top button popped off my Naked & Famous weird guy selvedge. Replacement button on the way!

I don't think I'm too cool to wear hoodies, I just have a vague image of how I would like to look in my head and hoodies don't fit into it.
