hoping to start swimming again in february, it's been 12+ years since i could do that correctly due to shoulder instability.

quip wrote:best part of the last couple months was to begin taking diet seriously. after being strong but skinny for the past few years from climbing/running/etc I began adding a lot of protein to my daily diet and gained 10lbs within six weeks. i also started lifting once a week (squats/deadlifts/benches/dumbbell shoulder raises) as well as taking a weekly core class. i never would have thought i'd be in the best shape of my life at 43, but here we are.
