I've started the project of logging all my records into discogs. So far, it's been enjoyable and an educational experience. For instance, I've found that a great number of my 1970s major label records are specifically Terre Haute pressings. Makes sense, since with a very small handful of exceptions, they were purchased on the Chicago-area used market. I've known for a while that several records I once owned are no longer in my collection due to mysterious circumstances, most likely stolen back in my rocknroll party-guy roommate-having days.
Just today, I completed the 'C' section of my LP shelf, and the most distressing blank spot so far (missing Alice Cooper records being easily obtainable, and relatively cheap) is that my Crystal Gazing, Luck Amazing is gone, and a replacement is way out of my price range.
