Re: Enraging
the most genius use of the k-cup i've ever seen was they had one setup in the waiting room of a veterinarian's so you could cleanly brew your own cup while you waited for something incredibly sad to happen to your animal.

I can not identify with your coffee pots or K cups.
I've got a Starbucks right down the hall from my desk.

My headphones got tangled up on my way out of the office and I started raging and thought of this thread.

Re: Enraging
Guys holy shit, they ran out of coffee filters in my office. I had to go buy some because apparently nobody else gave a damn. Empty pot had just been sitting there for the past 24 hours.
Honestly, think this is a American questions for British people thing. Having been raised in a tea culture, I don't think coffee etiquitte has been properly ingrained into the hearts and minds of British citizens. Maybe I should send a mass email or something.

when cleaning my house-where-seven-dudes-lived at the end of the junior year of college i found a coffeemaker in a closet where the filter had been left in the machine for about six months
the inside of the coffeemaker was a virtual mushroom colony and i'm pretty sure trying to clean it got me violently ill before i decided to toss the damn thing anyway

Reminds me of the time I was moving out of a dorm room, and found a peanut butter covered butterknife lying in a cardboard box in the closet. I picked up the knife and the box came with it. The peanut butter was a lovely shade of turquoise.

Cobra Lounge has 35 cent wings on thursday. the meat is horribly dry and you get no moist towlette.

Re: Enraging
I have not found moist towelettes to be crucial to wing consumption. Could be I eat wings with such speed and in such volume I barely have time to notice. This is very possible.
On the whole, eating wings is not really like eating ribs or lobster where the sheer slipperiness of the product demands toweling.
By the way, 2 days ago I bought 30 wings w/ hot sauce from Ben's on North Avenue. Inhaled all 30 in a single sitting. Only got half way through the rib tips though. :'(

Is this the first time you've revealed what a serious wing eater you are?

First afternoon back in the office in several weeks. Right away one of the only other people in earshot is on the phone talking about how great the show Rules of Engagement is, particularly David Spade. I've never seen the show, but still.

Man when someone emails the office the link to a TED Talk I start raging! I'd respond "TED Talk? More like TED Go Fuck Yourself" but they are better connected than I am an I'd get canned.
