Re: best moments of 2020
I love chess and I would love to take any of you on on chess.com. I play all the time.
As far as 2020 goes I just hit a bong and it was a pretty good moment.

Re: best moments of 2020
depends
over the years i have played loads of variations on the queen
i would say, if i thought you were an amateur i would go with kings gambit and try to destroy you on that side with an early knight push
if i thought you were good, a clean queens gambit and slow evolution
if i thought you were gonna kill me i would probably just play a queen opening with no gambit

Re: best moments of 2020
I typically play the Spanish opening for two reasons. 1. I think it is the most common opening and has the most potential for your opponents to play along. 2. In my opinion it leads to more complex games. Gambits are typically very aggressive which is why I don’t play them. I like a long complex game with very few trade offs. My competitive days are over, I’m more concerned with creating a beautiful looking board then beating my opponent in less than 10.
