Got Ace of Spades a few years back. It had "Ace of Spades" on it and everything else sounded more or less like "Ace of Spades" so it's pretty good. Haven't felt the need to explore further.

The single disc compilation The Best of Motörhead is superior to that one, IMO.
If you want their best actual LP release, probably Overkill, Another Perfect Day, Orgasmatron, 1916 or Motorizer.
