I just read the other day that they are ending the records with 100. Tbh, I thought they had already stopped but what do I know? However, it must be said that these things were hugely influential to many of us and probably helped shaped dance music trends to a certain extent, or at least shine a light on them. I think the first one I heard was Fabric 11 Swayzak and looking at the date it was released (July 2003) it must have been one of the first minimal or micro House things that I latched onto. Fabric 17 Akufen was another solid early minimal mix. Fabric 25 Carl Craig made our end of year list I think! Who has 2005s results? Listened to that the other day and it starts with an acapella of the Whisper Song. SOOOO many more to talk about let’s dive in!

Caspa & Rusko Fabric 37 was considered a pinnacle for dubstep but listening to it yesterday I remember how I thought that things had gone too far with the bass modulations. Some solid tracks though!
