This place is beautiful.

I feel like American firefighters would kill anyone on the spot who touched their equipment let alone tried to sabotage them on the job. We have a culture of worshipping first responders here (well, much more police and fire rescue than paramedics, anyway) and most people would generally back them in any such scenario.
