Apropos of nothing, I owe Jdff poster and Harshest Realm mastermind Pavement 1st Rad. That dude has done more than any living human to advance my professional/academic writing. His jams have soundtracked so many garbage pages of writing on American foreign policy and if I ever earn this stupid ass doctorate, he will get a nod in my acknowledgments section.

Paves is working on remastering SHREDFEST for the ten-year anniversary. My understanding is that it will eventually be released via Primordial Void.

I can confirm that he has not. But we did somewhat recently talk about that one chick I dated for a few years who once loved but now (as of 2014) hated the band because their second record was a hard left-turn into harsh noise and field recordings!

Yeah, she heard the fake leak and didn't know it wasn't the real album. I still don't know how I kept a straight face while she told me. That conversation was ten years ago, now, and I never did tell her that she hadn't, in fact, listened to the actual record. Good times.
