I finally broke the 15 mile/week running barrier since having hip surgery last winter. I'm hoping next year I'll be averaging 25.

I walk everywhere. To and from school is 20 minutes each way and to work is 40 minutes each way. I probably get a fair amount of walking miles/week and I am alright with that being the extent of my physical exertion.
