This was an enjoyable listen. Dave Grohl seems to have a similar demeanor and outlook on life to Weird Al, surprisingly or not.

I've told at least 3 people about what he said about what Paul McCartney said about people recognizing him everywhere he goes.

When he told the story about getting his daughter the Beatles box set and then setting up the turntable in her room I was like damn this guy sounds like a great dad.

I haven't watched the video but he apparently dissed Pitchfork. Brandon Stousey was writing some angry tweets about David Grohl.

Don't know where to start with this.

I certainly wouldn't call Wasting Light a good album or Foo Fighters' popularity a good thing about music, but I can't say that it's too difficult to take sides in a "some guy who writes a column about shitty black metal so that an awfully damn profitable website can maintain its superficial sense of 'indie cred'" vs. "some guy making a living playing three hour arena rock shows" debate.

Pretty sure he was supposed to be at the poker game tonight, but it got cancelled.
So I won a pinball tournament instead, and listened to The Colour and the Shape on the way there.

This band is not very good at making music.
