I think if Trump actually gets arrested on Tuesday it might be the craziest story arc/thing to happen in the history of the USA.

Wonder what Tucker is going to do next? Do you think he will pivot back to centrism? Or do you think he will go further down the hell hole he started digging at Fox with Newsmax or OAN?

The discourse around rich people dying in a submersible because they want to look at the Titanic is a good example of why I still love the internet.

I had been ignoring that story on the assumption that they were just normal, real people and that it’d be super sad, so this is the first time I’ve realized it’s actually somewhat funny, rich person tourism sadness.

I hate that I’m watching this Trump thing. These two people are absolute lunatics (duh)

My big takeaway from watching this weird fucked up assault on objective reality is that… Trump is Bluto spouting off about the Germans and Pearl Harbor, and I assume the viewers are mostly not understanding what’s going on. And as long as the people are uninformed, misinformed, uneducated, and either apathetic or fiercely devoted… reality no longer matters.

(This has been written about like 5 million times by people way smarter than me)

Trump, even when every single thing he says is either a knowing lie or insane bullshit off the top of his head, comes across as confident and watchable. This wins the day over smart every single day. I yearn for President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Camacho.

Lately I've been getting deep into watching all the "Macho King" Randy Savage videos I have been able to find on YouTube (actually, they just keep feeding me new ones) and I know exactly what you mean.

If the election lacks Trump there will be zero humor and that’s all I’m looking for at this point in a US election. All those dudes last night are boring as fuck. I’m sure they’ll inject Biden with a concoction that makes him appear functional in a debate but he’s not going to inspire me.

Obviously, Trump isn’t going to improve our country but his comedic presence is the only thing that could get me engaged.
