In 2001 I lived at north and maplewood in that big yellowish apt building. It was a shithole with roaches and mice. Witnessed too much to list... but tons of great memories as well. My band Keji al feju practiced at that space and shared a room with plastic crimewave. The room next to us had a picture of (Oprah’s) steadman playing with some brass band on the door.

moving back to chicago at the end of the month. not moving to humboldt park though...the commute to work would be terrible

i live down the street from the cermak by north and california. I eat a lot of indian food

before the world ended you could probably spot me at dantes pizza or handlebar eating a vegetarian chicken sandwich once every few weeks.

what kind of indian food? i generally eat either chana masala or chicken tikka masala.

Can really go for some saag paneer right now.
