I was wearing one at work and logging like 35k steps daily. When it hits 20k it does do some type of notification. I have a Fitbit 4 I think?

Re: Running
I tried squeezing in a run a month ago in-between meetings and didn't warm up properly. Strained my hamstring, then aggravated it by rock climbing the day after and have been only able to walk and do light bike riding since. I'm hoping it finishes healing before the weather gets too cool. I love 50-70 degree running weather most and don't want to miss the fall window.
Long story short, when you are old, make sure to warm up, cool down, and stretch properly, even if you are in good shape.
