I'm sure there will be an insane amount of talk in the Montreal media about the decision to go with four assistant captains and postpone the decision to decide on a sole captain. Subban's to lose though I suspect.

Are/did the Sens trying this out as well with the absence of Spezza?

Galchenyuk just netted a real sexy goal to win the game in OT.

Sens will probably give the C to Phillips or Karlsson.

Hawks v Habs was pretty boring last night. Good for Toews for standing up to Emelin towards the end of the third period though.

I'm pretty giddy about October 8th. I might drop the necessary funds for GameCenter this year so I can really follow the Habs without having to deal with shit streams and French commentating. Because fuck that shit!

I've always seen the guy as more talented than your average enforcer, but it's consistently overwhelmed by the stupidness factor. I cringe at the thought of this doofus or that Mashinter guy taking ice time away from real players like Morin who will probably be down in Rockford for no reason.

Oh man. Markov made it 2-1 with a couple second left in that period but what an amazing feed by Subban to make that happen.

Sens took it to em those last two periods. Good win for them. Oh well.
