I knew about Curtains but I didn't know anything at all about Gardener until now.

And I bought this last week and had no idea that there was a second part to it (picking up now, obviously).

I went for a casual cup of coffee with a beautiful and interesting lady today. She works on the campaign for a good friend of mine who’s running for senate in maine. Not even really a date, per say. I geniumely enjoy talking with her about things, and she’s very smart.
Afterwards, I walked around smiling for a bit, bought a live Link Wray album at a little thrift store, and now I’m currently sipping on a flight of beers from Austin Street brewery while reading the Murakami book about running which I’d been wanting to pick up for ages.

These past two days have been a much much needed pick me up.

I woke up this morning with a slight hangover but decided I'm in too good a mood to let it win. Ran to the waterfront, ate a double double animal style from in-n-out, drank a red bull and took a real solid poop. Its a great day guys!

    Good on you Chrono.

Weight isn't an issue for me but Christ I need to learn to cook something other than pasta/roast dinner and become a healthier eater if I want to have any shot at feeling good all the time for no reason

i'm big enough to admit my vanity and i feel like people see me differently already. the extra positive attention from women is obviously a huge boost.

i always knew in my heart that the women i find most attractive wouldn't find me attractive because of my fitness level and it was something i had to (deservedly) accept, but to experience the changes firsthand has been extremely interesting.

also all the emotional benefits you talk about. sleeping is easier. waking up is easier. i have more energy to burn when i really need it. i feel strong and vibrant while doing simple things like standing up, simple stretches. i can feel my muscles and know how to engage them more. yoga has become a happy place, both physically and spiritually. i'm beginning to feel myself open up and allow myself to care about life in a different way because i feel more in control of my choices.

pasta ain't bad if you can limit your portion and make a simple marinara or pesto. if you like roasting, one thing i do is buy four vegetables at the store (onion, potato, pepper, some cruciferous veggie), chop them into small bits, roll them in a combo of olive oil + vinegar + your favorite spices, and roast between 400-450 for between 30-45 minutes. it's absolutely fucking delicious. i also eat boatloads of hummus.
