PK Subban was a hell of a player and always seemed like a genuinely good dude, and I had a hard time coping knowing how many trump voters and Canadian wannabe fascists were out there giving thumbs ups and clap emojis to this picture and thinking that somehow Messier being a hall of fame legend was an excuse for their racism.  The number of "charismatic black dude is a bad person and he's selfish and I don't like how he is loud or something" reply posts was as high as you'd expect.
