I got slaughtered on Saturday. Sunday wasn't looking any better at halftime of the early game, until Seattle mounted an extraordinary comeback to cover by half a point. Pretty lucky to win two of those picks. Here's who I like this weekend:

San Francisco -4. Rookie QB on the road in a championship game, giving points to the number one seed? What could go wrong! Looks like I'm finally on the Kaepernick bandwagon.
Baltimore +9. Ravens always play super tough vs. the Patriots, and the last Ray Lewis game in Foxboro will be no exception. I think the Pats will squeak by, but win by nine? Seems unlikely. Wouldn't be shocked to see Baltimore win outright.

Someone that wears a hat like Kaepernick has no right playing in the Super Bowl.

Tied on the early game, but if I had used today's closing lines of San Fran -3.5 and Baltimore +8, I would have won them both. And even though I didn't talk about it here, I correctly picked over 47.5 in the early game and under 49.5 in the late game. Now all I have to do is open a sports betting account and gamble away my entire net worth.

Bellichek's post-game interview was some awkward shit. More than usual. Then, Brady comes out in some Studio 54 looking outfit. Fuck that team.

I mean, I wish there was a way Baltimore and San Fran could both lose the Super Bowl but New England is the worst.

no one's won for 3 or 4 years (i forget which), but i've got SF this year. kaepernick may look like a south park character, but i'm gonna cheer loud for that dude.

today also starts the most insufferable 2 weeks of the nfl season.

Take from a guy who hasn't followed the sport in like 3 or 4 years:

49ers: honestly don't know a single thing about the 9ers. Like, I know that ronnie lott and terrell owens don't play there anymore, mike singleterry had something to do with them for a while, but not anymore. Jerry rice plays for the raiders, or maybe is dead. I don't remember which Harbaugh coaches them, but I think it's the Bears one.

Ravens: Ray Lewis is probably my favorite dude who kinda sorta may have murdered somebody one time. Plus he's old. Joe Flacco is apparently a good quarterback now.

Honestly not sure if I'll end up watching this game. I guess I should. Last year I was in a plane on the way to Oman and I missed the suckfest of giants patriots 2. Apparently it was the same as giants patriots 1, in that I didn't give a fuck and both teams can suck it.

I've seen a fat old guy or two rock the sticker hats in suburban poker games. Once enough old people start doing it, the youths will stop basically overnight. See also: trucker hats.

I'm watching Jim Harbaugh's live press conference now. What spazz. No way someone can be this anxious and intense without being on some kind of drug.

It's been fun this week to wake up and hear Sound Opinions alum Matt Spiegel talk about cajun food and interview Russell Wilson, Archie Manning, dad Harbaugh, etc. Dude's crushing it mk. whatever.

Can't wait to get out of San Francisco so I no longer have to see all these stupid 49ers jerseys and stupid fucking Go 9ers signs everywhere.

Like I want to feel the slightest bit happy for a fan base that enjoys perfect weather in February and can smoke weed wherever they like.

Not to mention, knocked your team out of the playoffs. Can't imagine how insufferable it is there on the eve of super bowl weekend.

Just got called out by my mom for not knowing the super bowl was today. She asked if I was going to stay up to watch the game and I asked who the Hawks were playing lol.

I hope you're right. Since there's no justice in the world, I pessimistically expect the Ravens to walk away with it. Or in the case of Ray Lewis, dance away with it.

Ray Lewis has promised he won't do the dance at the Super Bowl because he wants to be introduced with his teammates

I truly truly believe Colin Kaepernick will dominate this game
