They play GCI where I work out, only problem is they love some Chris Brown for some reason.

Will say Krewella is an inspired name for a female music act, though it'd be better if they spelled it right.

Actually a fan of that Fergie track. I think it has an excellent, catchy melody and is sung really well. Fairly unaffected vocal performance by someone who can actually sing, which seems rare lately. Helps that I had no idea it was Fergie for like a year. The lyrics are probably bad, but they don't really register with me. My ears only hear phonetics & melody.

That's not one of the better Fun singles, imo. Certainly don't dislike it, though. I'd gladly choose it over most of whatever's on the Hot 100. Again, I'm into the pure, old-school actual singing. Could do without the pretentious video intro; song is plenty pretentious on its own.

    Spoiler:

There are many people who love this song. It inspires a complex emotional response in them. They enjoy the melody, the particular tones of the instruments, and the lyrics.

Their "taste" is every bit as "valid" as mine. Everything is relative!

I see that One Direction, Justin Timberlake, Daft Punk, Robin Thicke and Icona Pop have all had UK number ones in the year 2013. That makes me want to tune in.

Can't bring myself to listen to a Jason Mraz song. Just gonna assume undo is 100% right about it being despicable.

From what I recall of the Mraz oeuvre, it's definitely music for people who "have feelings" but are actually soulless husks. Kind of surprised I don't like him.

I thought that everyone in 2013 loves Pink.

She is very popular and pop-connoisseurs of the Internet can't get enough of her empowering songs.
