Agreed, that was a standout performance in an already above-average episode. Rick & Morgan's conversation was a like a one act play. Really enjoyed Michonne's character development too. She's been a silent, scowling self-parody for way too long. I hope they're done with that.

Love the episode's setting and overall vibe. It's much more the post-apocalyptic wasteland road trip I expected when I first heard about the series. The whole Woodbury war doesn't do as much for me. Governor is more like a Smallville supervillain; I much prefer the wild west crazies like Morgan.

Just dawned on me that Morgan was Vincent Price's character in The Last Man on Earth. I wonder if that's intentional.

That new show Vikings is pretty alright.

Though, I kinda hate the subtitles. Also I thought it would be more balls-to-the-wall/balls-in-your-mouth then it actually is...

Could be that Spartacus set the bar so high its hard to live up. I mean when a show slices a man's face off [literally] so that his brain & eyeballs spill out like jelly-- that's hard to top. A show has to go hard as a motherfucker to beat that.

David Randall and his wife, Lori had two kids: an adopted daughter named Amy (Katie O'Neill) and a natural-born son, Jack (Scott Grimes). After seeing how well the Randall family did with an adopted child and a natural child, a pushy social worker gives them two more children: an Asian-American boy named Sam (Ke Huy Quan) and a little African-American girl named Sally (Natasha Bobo). The story lines consisted of the cultural differences and adjustments that had to be made by all-Sam and Kelly having parents for the first time, and also Jack and Amy having to compete with the new arrivals for their parents' time and affection.

enjoyed girls last night. it's interesting seeing ocd being portrayed in a way other than the quirky-neatfreak-idiosyncratic type that i'm used to.

I'm pretty into this show Banshee that's on Cinemax.
It's about a guy who gets out of prison and through a series of unlikely events assumes the identity of the new sheriff in a small Pennsylvania town under the thumb of a ruthless Amish crimelord.

Features some of the most brutal violence I've seen anywhere. The female lead looks good naked as well.

Sounds pretty cool. Might have to torrent that shit. I'm about to enter the void of scripted TV as Girls & the Walking Dead's seasons end, and Breaking Bad & Sons of Anarchy haven't started.

Justified has been awesome so far this year, though the last two season finales were underwhelming.

Just recently got addicted to the now concluded tv show, Fringe and it's super bad ass IMHO. For instance, I just watched an episode which references Twin Peaks' Dr Jacoby and features a guest appearance by Chistopher Lloyd.

Yeah, all that waiting for two more minutes of dialogue-free moping. I could've just watched the corrupted torrent on mute.

But I know I don't have the willpower to give up on this show.

I'm going to need to re-watch GoT. It was a perfect start but it has been so long I felt like I was trying to take it in, remember the previous season and compare it to the books.

i don't know anyone in real life who has watched it yet but it seems inevitable that i'll run through them all soon enough

releasing all the episodes at once on a streaming service may not be the most savvy business move, but it's amazing for consumers and i appreciate that so much
