I can’t decide if these are cool or if I’ll look like I’m wearing mismatched shoes:

I don’t think strapping fanny packs across your chest rather than directly around your waste masks how fucking dorky they look!

Re: Clothes houndz.
I did lots of clothes shopping, got two pieces I've been waiting at least a year or two for, plus some other stuff.
I also got a Dries van Noten reversible "bomber" and an Acne Studios Peele cashmere sweater in blue. May end up selling the leather jacket after a month or so because I bought it used and it was priced lower than what I can probably get for it, by a few hundred $$$.

Love the leather jacket. My Schott leather jacket is one of my favorite things ever.

What do you dudes do for slippers? My doctor said I need to stop going barefoot at home and thought I'd check in here before I got myself some fuzzy Ninja Turtles slippers or something.

I buy cheap ones from muji or ikea - both, typically, actually - and replace them every time I happen to be at one of those places. Not super helpful, probably.

My house slippers are probably from Kohl's, I don't know. They do the job. I only wear them during the coldest months of the year.

Re: Clothes houndz.
I’d share one with that lady! I’m drunk and kidding but (also not) I wonder what the law is on someone wearing a shirt that asks for a punch? Let’s say the shirt said ‘punch me or I’ll murder you.’ Am I supposed to believe that I shouldn’t punch or that they wouldn’t murder me? Punching is clearly the best option. First off murder is terrible, especially if it’s happening to me, but also punching is safer than murder and serves the shirts request. Do we still have any lawyers who post here? What’s the status on punching if it’s a demand?

Re: Clothes houndz.
I’ve noticed at the pool this summer high school age dudes are showing up in socks and sandals and I don’t know if this is a weird, unacceptable local trend or something that is being adopted nationwide but I fucking hate it.

Re: Clothes houndz.
Since people wear sandals/slides for a ton of occasions now, socks/sandals are in. Basically any kind of sandal you can pair with socks now. I've always done it for practicality, now it's cool. Like you said, high school age dudes going to the pool in white socks and Nike slides.

I bought Crocs and Chacos this year, so now, along with my Birkenstocks, I have a 3 sandals + socks rotation for any occasion.

Goin' to the pool wearing short shorts over wool long johns and traditional geta on my feet, ready to shape some trends.
