Yea best match I’ve ever seen. Totally exhausting even as a neutral so I cannot fathom what it must feel like for any French or Argentine supporters.
Messi is the greatest player ever and a God to football fans but I can tell you 9 and 10 year olds even in America worship this guy. We had a flag football game last night for my 10 year old and his team during warm ups started chanting “Messi Messi” and were jumping around.
At the same venue indoor soccer games we’re going on and it was just kids everywhere showing up in Messi jersey over their game jerseys. Is there a more universally adored athlete?
