i think i'm taking all the favorites

Seattle over Washington 17-10
Green Bay over Minnesota 28-14
Houston over Cincinnati 20-13
Baltimore over Indianapolis 23-17

Green Bay over Minnesota
Seattle over Washington
Indy over Baltimore

I feel like Chuckstrong has one more win before it ends. Plus, I think Luck makes a couple more plays than Flacco and Indy pulls it out.

the probability of a couple Flacco to Torrey Smith deep balls + the difference in the kicking game will be the edge to me

playoff atmosphere make me think it'll be a low scoring game

If I was a (sports) betting man, I'd take:

Houston -4.5
Minnesota +7.5
Indianapolis +7
Washington +3

Without points I'd take all the favorites except Seattle.

Wish it was already 11 at night so it would be over with. I can't enjoy game day any longer because of being nervous and irritated.

I don't know yet who I'm rooting for in the NFC North game. Green Bay, most likely. I won't know for sure until someone takes a lead and I feel my gut swing one way or the other. If it wasn't for Chris Kluwe there'd be no question.

The more I think about it, later playoff rounds will be more exciting with Green Bay involved. AP can't carry Minnesota much further. Go Packers?

I was wrong about almost everything last week (thanks, injured QBs). Let's see if I can prove again why I don't bet on sports. I'll take:

Denver -9.5, as much as it pains me to lay that many points. Baltimore is due to lay an egg, and Peyton 2.0 is fucking for real.
Green Bay +3. Colin Kaepernick not quite ready for prime time big boy playoff football, imo. Good luck next year, kid. Discount double check!
Seattle +2.5. Gonna ride the team that's red hot, and subscribe to the theory about first round bye teams going cold. Unlike CK, I think RW is fully formed & ready.
New England -9.5. Again, scary to lay so many points, but I'm counting on my man Billy B to run up the score early & often like only he and Brady can. I don't have the balls to bet against the Patriots at home in January.

Whether they cover the spreads or not, I think we can all agree it's looking like Brady vs. Manning for the AFC championship. Which is exactly how the world is supposed to be. Might have to whip up some homemade guac for that heavyweight bout.
