Bumping this thread because as 2022 rolls on I am finding myself repeatedly listening to 2021 albums instead of finding anything "new" or digging into the annals of history. I've gotten pretty bad at remembering/caring what year the music I like was released in so its an enjoyable exercise to put something on, look at the release date, and go "huh, another one from 2021".
Anyway, on regular rotation:
Black Country, New Road - For The First Time
Black Midi - Cavalcade
Pino Palladino - Notes with Attachements
Spirit of the Beehive - ENTERTAINMENT, DEATH
Those first two have been pretty non-stop for weeks now, with that BC,NR album just blowing me away with how enjoyable it is to listen to repeatedly.
