Lorde was a very young artist from a relatively remote part of the Western music world who released some unique and fun pop songs. Her debut was great.

Then, she became a full-blown "celebrity" and teamed up with the pop music songwriters who were already dominating the charts to churn out watered down snoozers.

This is my take after listening to "Green Light" twice and nothing else. I'm sticking to it.

I like this Paramore album quite a bit, its very catchy and playful.

I don't know what it is about this album but I can't stop playing it. It feels weird to say my favorite album of the year is from Paramore, and it might have something to do with the fact that I have only heard maybe 3 or 4 other albums from the year, but there are some great hooks all over this thing. The lyrics aren't the best and yet I find myself singing along pretty often.

I am really enjoying this too. I heard Velvet Ring a little while back as my Spotify was shuffling around and immediately went back to listen a few more times. Enjoy this album lots too.

I've enjoyed what I've heard of these band.

I am going to check this band out!

"Creature Comforts" is the only thing I've heard and I'm not super into it. But that's kinda typical for a Arcade Fire lead single.

Not really a fan of Arcade Fire's new music. But then I've spent the past week listening to the new EPs from Nine Inch Nails & Converge so what do I know?

this was cool while i was tipsy last night so i listened to the whole album



i enjoyed it! then i listened to Funeral and had some fond memories

i like that it's mostly stupid disco bullshit and then Win has some moments where he affects some stupid country bullshit, but it still works

this song is insanely stupid and i'm somehow still enjoying it. i think that's a barometer that there's something clicking here for me.



this is like Bron-Y-Aur Stomp meets Robot Rock, but it makes me smile
