    Yeah, thanks. Looking forward to listening. I make a playlist on Tidal of music to listen to. It's comprised entirely of the first track from each album I want to listen to. So, like, the first track from the new Sleater-Kinney album, the first track from that Oh Sees album, etc. I do this each year. For 2019, that playlist is 7 hours and 17 minutes long right now. I'm coming to terms with the idea that I will never listen to all the music that I want to listen to.

    Bizarre back story, and weird that he's done nothing else and our most contemporary update on him is a bunch of unfinished songs from 6 years ago, but I'm really enjoying this and have no idea how to classify it (might say more about me than him, idk). You can clearly tell they're demos but that does nothing to diminish them and possibly even enhances the effect. Wonder if we'll ever hear from him again, I certainly hope so!

    Much like Lil Nas X obnoxiously stalking this girl* throughout the video, this song won't leave my head. I haven't been sleeping great lately and infectious earworm songs just play behind my eyelids all night long.

    Accidentally tuned into Vocalo radio this afternoon while driving through the deep south suburbs (where it unexpectedly came within range only to lose it again five minutes later) and this of all possible music is what they were playing.

    Sounds like what you might get if Wooden Shjips recorded on Ibiza. Or maybe they crashed into the Happy Monday’s tour bus. It’s a solid listen if you like that Madchester sound.

    Pitchfork having this album so high on their best albums of the 2010s got me to finally listen to this album yesterday. It's incredible... I listened to it several times today while walking around Bologna. I am very excited to start exploring the rest of their catalog now.

    I know this will probably be frowned upon for going outside the "Late Night Sound Experiments" thread, but I wanted to get the LOPP crew to give a listen. This is the first actual official song of an EP I've had bouncing around in my head for years now and its the first song start to finish I'd actually be happy having out there.

    Would love to hear what the LOPP crew thinks.

    So I guess I landed on this being a pretty decent record with a great song or two on it. The first half is good, but second half is tough to get through. "The Bad Dance" may as well be called "The Bad Song", because jesus. Looking forward to them playing it live.

    C-poots, that is a nice track. It reminds me of Sea & Cake. As a suggestion I’d record the drums further away to add more natural reverb. Keep em coming!

    Hey man thanks for listening. Sea & Cake was an unexpected reference point but I like them so thats pretty cool. Also, none of those instruments are me playing real instruments, they're mostly single notes recorded off of youtube videos and key mapped to a midi piano, or garageband midis, but I think I can give them a little distance in sound, good rec.

    I’ve been trying hard to see the infatuation with Big Thief. These two releases are very good but I don’t find them blowing me away. I think I like Two Hands more than U.F.O.F.

    They’re pleasant 40-ish minute folk albums I guess.
